How do you redeem the e-prescription with the electronic health card via NFC?

1. Download & set up the app

Download the app. Start the scanner in the e-prescription area using the button. Enter your cell phone number. You will then receive a confirmation code via SMS. From this point on, you have 15 minutes to add a health card.

2. Connect health card

Enter your card's 6-digit access number. You can find this at the top right of the health card. You can save mobile and card number. If you later want to redeem an e-prescription from another health card, simply overwrite the saved card number.

3. Redeem e-prescription & free shipping*

Place your health card in the upper area on or under your smartphone. Depending on the model, the scanner is located on the front or back of the smartphone. The transfer of the e-prescription is started automatically and the medication is placed in the shopping cart.
